This page describes what REGION does with information when you visit regionstore.me. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask and we will make it clearer.

The short version

At the time of writing this site collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party requests of any kind — every image, font and script is served from regionstore.me itself. Nothing you do here is shared with anyone.

What is actually recorded

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every web server does. A log entry contains your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist so the site can be kept running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with anything else, and are not sold or shared.

The email sign-up

The site has a field asking for your email address so you can be told about the next release. It is not connected to anything yet. Submitting it stores nothing, sends nothing and creates no record. When that changes, this page will be updated before it goes live, and the only thing collected will be the email address you type in.

If and when it does work: you would be emailed about product releases and nothing else, every email would carry an unsubscribe link, and leaving the list would delete your address.

Payments

No payment is taken anywhere on this site. Prices shown are informational. If REGION begins selling directly, payment would be handled by a established payment provider, and this page would be updated to name them before that happens. REGION would not see or store your card details.

Cookies

None. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else is involved

One party: the company that hosts the site and therefore holds those server logs. No analytics provider, no advertising network, no social media embeds, no content delivery network beyond the host itself.

Your rights

Australian privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected, and in most cases to have it deleted. Since REGION currently holds none, the answer to the first question is "nothing" — but ask anyway if you want that in writing.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The meaningful change to watch for is the email sign-up going live.
