Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read and share it. You may not copy the photography, the wordmark, the tree badge or the garment designs for your own commercial use. Everything on this site is REGION's, or is used with permission.

What is on sale, and what isn't

This site is currently a lookbook, not a shop. No order can be placed and no payment can be taken here. Where a product shows a price, a "Sold out" mark or a "Waitlist" button, that is a description of the release, not an offer you can accept.

If REGION begins selling directly through this site, these terms will be replaced with ones covering orders, delivery, returns and consumer guarantees before anything can be bought.

Prices

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and are indicative. They may change between releases without notice.

Accuracy

Garments are photographed as honestly as we can manage, but screens differ and fabric behaves differently in a photograph than in a room. Colours and detail may vary from what you see here. Where the site says imagery is illustrative, take it at its word.

Availability of the site

The site is provided as-is. It should be up, and we will try to keep it up, but no promise is made that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not under REGION's control and these terms do not cover it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Beyond that, REGION is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
